The lodge has 6 cottages and 1 stunning family villa. All the rooms in the cottages are uniquely design offering a different experience: astrology, arts, literature, photography room and the “Love Shack” cottage, thought for honeymooners. The family villa, dedicated to the theme of natural history, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large dining and sitting area with an amazing via of the Masai mara plains. Saruni also has an award-winning spa, called Maasai Wellbeing Space.
The accommodations are furnished with colonial antiques, Persian carpets and African art. Each cottage has hot and cold running water, 220-volt electricity, elegant Italian bathroom fittings, polished wooden floors, and large bathrooms with canvas fronts that can be opened to offer you an amazing “shower with a view”.
Saruni also runs and operates a private tented camp, called Saruni Wild. There are 2 double tents and one family tent at Saruni Wild, 10 km from the main lodge with a spacious beige tents with hand-made Desert Rose cedar furniture and en suite bathroom facilities.
The cuisine has a strong Italian flavour and is praised as some of the best gourmet cuisine in the Kenyan bush. The camp can easily accommodate vegetarians and guests with special requests.

Saruni supports the Koyiaki Guiding School project, the first and only school that trains Maasai professional safari guides in Kenya.
